Tackle the clutter Tuesday

Well, I didn't tackle much clutter today. I did bring a couple of my books to the second hand book store and decided to donate a pair of my jeans. That counts as tackling clutter, right?

It was a productive trip to the book store because I was able to find a copy of a book I recommended to Pat a while ago. The Kite Runner, such a good book.

I think Russell really enjoys our little outings. Yesterday we went to Walmart to purchase a new bathroom scale. He had his first trip riding in the cart like a big boy!! He loved looking around and smiling at all the people. Everyone comments on how cute and smiley he is. It is so true. Russell is a real charmer!!

During Russell's nap this afternoon I made cinnamon scones by combining two recipes. They turned out pretty good!

Otherwise, I just enjoyed a day at home with my boy. Lovin' life on maternity leave.
