A beautiful day in the neighbourhood

It was another beautiful day in Chatham-Kent. Norah had a great day at daycare. The daycare report is as follows:

Norah went for a stroller ride outside this morning. Norah also played with the feathers and cotton balls in the sensory bin. She ate an "xx-large lunch - lloovved the shepard's pie and ate a whole pear".

Norah was outside when I picked her up from daycare and, as always, was excited to see Meem. When we got home she was as equally excited to see her new push around buggy and we went for a walk around the neighbourhood. Then we went for a walk with the wagon. Nana and Papa came for a visit after dinner and Norah enjoyed another walk around the neighbourhood. She wowed Nana and Papa with her ever expanding vocabulary (naming her daycare friends, colors, etc) and her amazing little sense of humor. In the bath she continued to impress us by putting her little duck inside an Easter egg and by putting her duck bath mitt on her own hand!! To top the night off, Papa got a kiss on the cheek. Norah ended the night with a snuggle in bed with Meem while Dad read a book. And, just as I thought Norah was drifting off to sleep, her little eyes popped open, she grabbed my ear and pulled me in for a kiss. She giggled and went to sleep. Honestly.....could she be anymore amazing!!?

Tomorrow is Green Day at daycare - Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!!!
