Norah and I had a great day today! The weather was beautiful and we pretty much spent the whole day outside. At about 9:00 Norah let me know that she was ready to go "side". So, we spent some time pushing her carts around and visiting with the neighbourhood dogs who were out for their morning walk. Then, much to my surprise Norah wanted to go for a walk in her "stroll" (I say surprised because Norah has not cared much for her stroller for quite some time-these days she prefers to walk). But, we took a stroller ride down to the French school's drop in play center. There we played with play doh (she LOVED it), painted, played with the kitchen and fed some babies. Then we had snack and went outside to play on their AWESOME playground. By that time it was getting close to lunch (11:30) and we headed home. In the afternoon Norah had a 2 hour nap after which we were back outside for more fun in the sun!! Sliding, tunneling, blowing bubbles......we visited the neighbours' ducks (see pictures above). Norah really liked the ducks...she was hugging, kissing, and sitting on them:) It was a great day. I just love my Fridays with Norah.
